There are a few things you will notice as soon as you arrive at our fun, friendly, family owned, authentic Mexican restaurant. You will be greeted and seated promptly. On busy night you may call ahead, our hostess will place you on the waitlist and let you know when to arrive so you have the shortest wait time possible. Chips and salsa flow freely to your table. Want your salsa caliente? No problem, we are happy to bring you some that is even mucho caliente if you like.
One of the delights in having the home cooked, generations long experience reflected in our sizeable, varied menu are the offerings of an extensive amount of seafood at a location nestled in the heart of the East valley. Jalisco is the state of agave a territory in Mexico where tequila is birth and created. We offer the freshest, best tasting dishes you have ever encountered in a fine Mexican restaurant. We make our sauces, moles, marinades, and bases fresh and from scratch. So are our specialty dishes from our region, like molcajete, a mix of multiple meats and vegetables smothered in cheese and salsa and served piping hot in a lava volcano bowl. You need to be hungry and bring friends, as it can easily serve 3 or more.
What made Fiesta Mexicana famous early were our margaritas. Considered some of the finest in the Southwest, we are known for our specials and custom blends, all made fresh on sight. Try a Chamango or Cadillac, or even a Mangonada, all served with top line tequila from our home state of Jalisco.

Evenings at Fiesta Mexicana are unique as well. Monday nights find us watching football or other Sports. Tuesdays are Taco Tuesdays with tacos for specials. Check Facebook, or Instagram to see what our inventive bartenders are mixing up, or our chef is preparing in the kitchen. You know it will always be fresh, flavorful, and served artfully. You do need to come hungry, as our portions are quite large, or as one customer put it, “It’s not a plate, it is a platter!”
Besides our lunch specials, we have dinner specials or special entrees most nights. Just ask your friendly and knowledgeable server what is on the menu, or if you have special requests. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten or lactose free menu choices are available, and we will be happy to steam instead of fry vegetables for you. There is a reason our service is considered great, because it truly is.
